The process lasted 5.0 days under controlled conditions in an average temperature of 15.9°C The coffee was dried over 30.4 days in temperature and humidity-regulated drying rooms.
Aroma: Fragrant hints of jasmine floral, lemongrass, and blackberries, with cane honey and light green tea.
Taste: A clean, sweet profile of light sweetness.
Acidity: Light, citrusy, refreshing.
Body: Light, silky, leaving a smooth finish.
