Fermentation was carried out in custom-built stainless steel tanks, guided by LOY-007P and LOB-001P. A fermentation medium (LOM-111) was used at a volume of 54.1 liters, representing a 15% concentration. The process lasted 1.8 days under controlled conditions in an average temperature of 21.15°C The coffee was dried over 16.5 days in temperature and humidity-regulated drying rooms.

Aroma: Fragrant hints of currant, cinnamon, and molasses, with floral.
Taste: A vibrant cup showing cinnamon, molasses, and currant, supported by orange.
Acidity: citrusy, balanced.
Body: Medium, for a clean, refined finish.
