The process lasted 7.9 days under controlled conditions in an average temperature of 13.3°C The coffee was dried over 14.5 days in temperature and humidity-regulated drying rooms.

Aroma: Aromas of chamomile, caramel, and green apple, with peach, lemongrass, and grapefruit.
Taste: A clean, sweet profile of stone fruit, peach, and light sweetness.
Acidity: Medium, apple-like, bright.
Body: Medium, for a clean, refined finish.
