A fermentation medium (LOM-111) was used at a volume of 31.9 liters, representing a 15% concentration in an average temperature of 15.97°C The process lasted 5.0 days under controlled conditions. The coffee was dried over 15.4 days in temperature and humidity-regulated drying rooms.

Aroma: Layered aromas of toffee, peach, and milk chocolate, with hazelnut, cane honey, grapefruit peel, and chocolate.
